Terms & Conditions 1. ভূমিকা এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের কোর্স ও প্রশিক্ষণ সম্পর্কিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন। যদি আপনি এসব শর্তাবলীর সাথে একমত না হন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে ওয়েবসাইট বা সেবা ব্যবহার থেকে বিরত থাকুন। 2. কোর্স ও প্রশিক্ষণ আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান বিভিন্ন ফর্মুলেশন ভিত্তিক কোর্স ও প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করে থাকে। কোর্স অনলাইন (Zoom/Google Meet ইত্যাদি) এবং অফলাইন (একাডেমি/ল্যাব ভিত্তিক) উভয় পদ্ধতিতে পরিচালিত হয়। কোর্সের সিলেবাস, সময়সূচি এবং কনটেন্ট আমাদের নিজস্ব নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত ও পরিবর্তনযোগ্য। 3. ভর্তি ও ফি যেকোনো কোর্সে ভর্তি হতে নির্ধারিত ফি সম্পূর্ণ পরিশোধ করতে হবে। একবার ভর্তি ও ফি প্রদান সম্পন্ন হলে তা ফেরতযোগ্য নয় (Refund Policy প্রযোজ্য নয়), তবে প্রয়োজনে কোর্স রিশিডিউল করার সুযোগ থাকতে পারে। আন্তর্জাতিক শিক্ষার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট অবশ্যই অনুমোদিত পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে করতে হবে। 4. সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান কোর্স সম্পন্ন করার পর শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে আমাদের একাডেমি থেকে সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হবে। সার্টিফিকেট অনলাইন ও অফলাইন উভয় মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হতে পারে। সার্টিফিকেটের মান ও স্বীকৃতি প্রতিষ্ঠানভেদে নির্ধারিত। 5. অনলাইন ক্লাস নীতিমালা শিক্ষার্থীরা অনলাইন ক্লাসে যোগ দিতে প্রয়োজনীয় ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ ও ডিভাইসের ব্যবস্থা নিজ দায়িত্বে করবেন। রেকর্ডকৃত ভিডিও, স্টাডি মেটেরিয়াল ও স্লাইড প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃক কপিরাইট সুরক্ষিত। অনুমতি ছাড়া এসব উপকরণ কপি, বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। 6. অফলাইন ট্রেনিং নীতিমালা আমাদের একাডেমিতে প্র্যাকটিক্যাল ট্রেনিং চলাকালীন শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে নিরাপত্তা নিয়ম (ল্যাব সেফটি, কেমিক্যাল হ্যান্ডলিং ইত্যাদি) কঠোরভাবে মেনে চলতে হবে। প্রতিষ্ঠানের কোনো সরঞ্জাম বা কেমিক্যাল অপব্যবহার করলে তার দায়-দায়িত্ব শিক্ষার্থীর উপর বর্তাবে। 7. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property) আমাদের তৈরি কোর্স কনটেন্ট, ফর্মুলেশন, লেকচার নোট, ভিডিও এবং ডকুমেন্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানটির সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া এসব তথ্য কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা ব্যবসায়িকভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। 8. গোপনীয়তা (Privacy) শিক্ষার্থীদের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য (নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেইল ইত্যাদি) আমরা গোপন রাখব। এসব তথ্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হবে না। 9. পরিবর্তন ও আপডেট প্রতিষ্ঠান যেকোনো সময় কোর্স কাঠামো, সময়সূচি, ফি ও শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার পূর্ণ অধিকার রাখে। পরিবর্তন কার্যকর হওয়ার পর তা সকল শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে। 10. আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থা এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে। যেকোনো বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি বাংলাদেশের আদালতের মাধ্যমে হবে। Terms & Conditions 1. Enrollment & Fees To enroll in any course, students must pay the full course fee in advance. All payments are non-refundable, except under special circumstances defined by the institution. International students must complete payments through authorized payment methods only. 4. Certification Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate issued by our academy. Certificates may be delivered in digital (online) or printed (offline) format. Recognition of certificates depends on institutional policies and industry standards. 5. Online Learning Policy Students are responsible for ensuring their own internet connection and device setup to attend online classes. Recorded videos, study materials, and lecture slides are the intellectual property of the institution. Sharing, reproducing, or selling these materials without permission is strictly prohibited. 6. Offline Training Policy During practical training at our academy, students must strictly follow lab safety and chemical handling rules. Any misuse or damage to laboratory equipment, tools, or chemicals will be the sole responsibility of the student. 7. Intellectual Property Rights All course materials, formulations, lecture notes, videos, and documents are the exclusive property of the institution. No content may be copied, republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. 8. Privacy Policy We respect and protect the confidentiality of students’ personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.). Personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties. 9. Modifications & Updates The institution reserves the right to modify or update course structures, schedules, fees, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective immediately upon being published on the website. 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
